Make a pom pom with acrylic yarn.

Use scissors and cut it nice and even.

Cut a chenille in the middle and form it into two hearts.

Cut hearts out of foam sheets.

Attach the chenille hearts to the pom pom and attach one foam heart as feet.

Make a few in different sizes, done!
