Wrap the yarn around your hand around 30 times.
Fold a piece of pipe cleaner in half and twist to make a loop. Fasten the yarn to the chenille by twisting the ends together.
Cut the yarn at the opposite end of the chenille.
Bend the looped end of the chenille so the yarn figure can stand.
Role the two ends of the chenille to make eyes. Glue on the eyes of your choice.
