Line paper tubes with design paper.
Dress a paper cone in colored paper.
Punch out windows and attach to the rocket.
Cut out the feet of the rocket in thicker cardboard.
Cut fire flames from crepe paper.
Glue the crepe paper to the back of the rocket.
Ready for take off!
