Cover a paper roll with design paper.

Cut out two hearts in a different design paper and attach them on the back of the roll.

Make two antennas with heart shape and attach crystal stone hearts.

Decorate the wings with crystal stones, attach big eyes on the paper roll and cut out legs of chenille stems that you attach on the back.
