Cut out square bingo cards (at least two) from the design paper.
Use washitape to make a grid with 4x4 squares on the bingo card.
Apply the stickers. Make sure all the bingo cards have similar stickers but placed in different squares. Save one of each kind of sticker.
Punch out flowers from EVA foam.
Apply the same kind of stickers as you used for the bingo cards to the EVA-foam flowers.
Ready to play!
