Paint patterns on one of the sides of the wind mill.
Paint the other side in one color.
Fold all the sides that has a hole in it towards the middle.
Attach the sides in the middle with one of the included fittings.
Attach the sides in the middle with one of the included fittings. Attach a locking ring on the inside to lock all four sides in place.
Attach the other fitting like is shown in the picture.
Attach the wooden stick in the hole on the back side.
