Cut the paper plate in half.
Cut out the dinosaurs head from one of the halves.
Paint the paper plate and clothes pegs in green paint.
Draw a mouth on the dinosaur.
Glue on a head and eye. Draw a line around the dinosaur on a yellow paper.
Make spikes on a yellow paper and cut them out.
Glue the yellow spikes onto the dinosaur, done!
