Put a thin layer of glue onto the flat side of half a clothes peg. Attach the other half with the flat surface against the other one.
Paint the characters face, shirt and pants. Paint a wooden button for the base.
Paint eyes and mouth on the character.
Cut the crochet yarn to a suitable length for the hair and attach the hair to the head.
Trim the hair so it’s even.
Put a dot of glue on the middle of the wooden button and attach the character.
Done!
