Roll pink crepe paper around a roll and attach with tape. If you want, you can fill the roll with sweets or another surprise.
Twist the sides together and tie with a piece of string. Tie the other end of the string on the other side of the roll.
Glue on eyes and a beak made of paper.
Attach feathers to the sides. Done!
