Crochet 2 half double in each stitch all around. (12)
Crochet 1 half double stitch in first stitch, 2 half double stitches in next. Repeat the whole lap. (18) Crochet 1 half double stitch in first two stitches, 2 half double stitches in next stitch. Repeat the whole lap. Attach the yarn (24)
Use a different color of yarn and crochet 4 stitches. Crochet two rounds.
Chain 10 stitches and attach to the corner of small rectangle you have now crocheted.
Done! Make more in different colors and you will have your own soft ornaments to hang in the Christmas tree.
